Cruise Ship Terminal Security. McRoberts is the market leader in the cruise terminal security industry.  McRoberts security officers and pre-board screeners safeguard over 6.4 million sailing guests each year, screening over 19 million pieces of baggage in the process.  

Cargo Terminal Security. McRoberts security officers provide regulatory-compliant access control and roving patrol services to containerized cargo, petrochemical, bulk and breakbulk cargo facilities nationwide.  Training and post orders are customizable to meet the unique needs outlined in each facility security plan

Gangway Watches. Whether it is a requirement of a federal regulatory agency or at the request of the vessel master, McRoberts security officers stand guard at cargo and cruise ship gangways everyday to provide critical access control and monitoring services.  McRoberts deploys thousands of MTSA-trained and TWIC credentialed officers throughout the nation to protect this critical piece of the intermodal transportation system.

Crewmember Safeguard Escorts.  McRoberts Safeguard Officer’s provide transportation and escort of crew members that have or have not been placed under an order to detain (I-259) until the crewmember departs the country. McRoberts officers check crewmembers in upon arrival to the airport and provide confirmation of departure.  Officers can provide medical escorts for crew members requiring scheduled or unscheduled medical treatment. Officers ensure safety in medical facility and provide transportation to and from port of entry.

Stowaway Repatriation. McRoberts safeguards stowaways that have been arrested by any local, county, state, or federal law enforcement agency. McRoberts officers arrange and obtain travel documents and prepare the stowaway for repatriation. McRoberts personnel provide side-by-side escort to the country of origin and relinquish custody to proper authorities.
